- Do I have to pay the full amount up front, or are there payment options available?

You don’t have to pay the full amount at checkout. SPS offers PayPal Pay Later as a convenient financing option for eligible protection plans and mobile maintenance services.
Just select PayPal at checkout and choose a Pay Later plan that fits your needs. You’ll get the coverage or service right away, and make payments over time instead of all at once.

- Can I get same day appointments?
- There are some cases where same day appointments are available, but a good general rule of thumb is to plan at least 1 or 2 days out to have your pick of the available times and mechanics.
- Can I schedule an Oil Change at my office while I am working?
- Yes! As long as your office building allows us to work in the parking lot, then we can perform the oil change there. We recommend checking with your office manager first just to make sure.
- Can you perform an oil change or brake service in an office building garage?
- If there is enough space (an extra parking spot next to your vehicle) and your office garage allows it, then Yes! As always, we recommend checking with your office manager.
- Can I book a service over the phone?
- Yes, we have a dedicated priority line just for you so you can skip the line, just dial 844-999-9827.
- What if there isn’t a Mobile Mechanic available where I want service?
- Even though you now have access to over 10,000 mechanics nationwide, sometimes there are areas that we just cannot reach. In those cases, we will help you get a priority appointment at a Firestone Complete Autocare location at no additional cost to you. For help, call 844-999-9827.
- What if I use my vehicle for delivery services like Uber Eats or DoorDash?
- No problem at all! Wrench MobileCare covers vehicles used for delivery services, including Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, and others. When you’re relying on your vehicle to earn a living, convenient, on-site service means less downtime and no waiting at repair shops—so you can stay focused on the road and your income.
- How do I redeem my discounts?
- In order to redeem your Wrench mobile service discount, simply click on “Redeem” when you are logged into your account, then continue with the booking process. Discounts at our partner locations must be redeemed through the Wrench TotalCare team to help you set up a priority appointment by calling 844-999-9827. We’ll take care of the rest and you will see the discount on your invoice.
- Can I extend my Wrench TotalCare benefits to my kids or other family members in my home?
- The routine maintenance only applies to your VIN, but you CAN extend the discounts to the other registered vehicles in your household.
- What if I sell my car, can I transfer my Wrench TotalCare package to a new vehicle?
- Yes, simply email WTCsupport@wrench.com and provide a copy of our Wrench TotalCare contract, registered VIN and the new VIN you would like to change it to. Changes can take up to 1 month to transfer.
- If I don’t use my credits each year, will they expire or rollover to the next year?
- Credits must be used each year, unused credits will be forfeited and will not rollover to the next year.
- Can I cancel this package at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel at anytime. If you cancel within 30 days, there is no charge. After 30 days, there is a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee and you will be refunded a prorated amount based on used/unused credits.
- Can I enroll if I have a diesel, medium-duty, or heavy-duty vehicle?
- We currently only support factory-manufactured passenger vehicles, so diesel, medium-duty, and heavy-duty vehicles are not eligible for Wrench MobileCare at this time. We’re always working to expand our offerings, but for now, our services are designed specifically for standard gasoline-powered personal vehicles.
- Are all vehicles eligible for Wrench MobileCare?
- Wrench MobileCare covers most factory-manufactured passenger vehicles, but certain exotic, specialty, and classic vehicles may be ineligible on a case-by-case basis. If your vehicle doesn’t qualify, no worries—we’ll issue a full refund right away.
